  This is the auroroa borealis in the northern pole, visible area is usually in the yellow area, click the map to go to the page, with visibility map, southern pole and other space weather maps. The smaller maps are ozone monitors, white is thickest amount while greens, and blues to blacks are where it's thinning. Magnetic Anomalies shows crustal fractures, old impact craters, and other subterranean anomalies. I've read there's a 5-10 year lag between the time we produce the greenhouse gasses, to the temperature changes. So it will still be a couple of more years before the jump of carbon dioxide is felt literally. 2006 was a record year for the largest deepest ozone hole ever. I became interested in creating a monitor of the earth when I saw the one thing change that I had thought always remained the same, it was the very shape of our earth. As our ice caps have thinned, our planet, which was slightly flattened at the poles and bulging at the equator, has become a perfectly round globe since 1968. The earth acts much more like a ball of water in space rather than a rock. The tsunami last year in Bangladesh with the earthquake preceeding it, has actually slightly changed the rotation, lengthening our day by a few fractions of a second per day.
